Growing up in Chicago, Jason Ransom, had a love for the true Chicago deep style pizza. Marring Mattie and moving to Kansas City, Jason could not find his style pizza anywhere. Under Mattie’s urging Jason started to make his own authentic Chicago deep style pizza. Together they started The Dish 10 years ago in Liberty offering a true Chicago pizza made from scratch with only fresh ingredients. The Dish has grown into a true “best of Chicago” that offers a casual dining eatery.
